Her parents played the most important roles in shaping her aspirations, encouraging her to dream big while being grounded in values such as discipline and perseverance. “When I first told them about my dream of acting, they did not just approve-they became my biggest cheerleaders,” shared Ridhi during a recent press conference. She moved to Mumbai with her parents during her formative years, where she was emotionally and logistically well-supported in a highly competitive industry.
When she decided to switch from acting to the corporate world, her parents were just as supportive of her decision to widen her horizons. “Their belief in me gave me the courage to take risks,” she added. As she now embarks on a new chapter of her life, pursuing a Global MBA at prestigious institutions like London Business School and INSEAD, Ridhi credits her parents for their unflinching trust in her abilities.
